Quantitative Researcher

Comp: Base + Bonus + P&L
Location: SF

Braeswood’s quantitative researchers invent and implement trading strategies for environmental markets ranging from financial transmission rights to physical power and environmental commodities. In addition, they collaborate with Braeswood’s investment & trading teams to develop execution systems and portfolio construction/risk management tools.

Skills: data science, statistics, market microstructure,
Experience: PhD in statistics/comp sci, prior quantitative research roles

We are looking for an initial hire who will be responsible for building and scaling Braeswood’s financial operations - ranging from OMS/PMS to accounting, tax and audit - for all of our entities (including funds, gp/manco and various other entities).
